Mona Tagliaferro, Executive – Workplace Solutions
Ms. Tagliaferro is an executive hospitality consultant with over 20 years of experience in the services industry. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles in Operations, Sales, Retention, and Marketing and has extensive operations experience in multiple sectors of the Contract Management industry including Dining, Vending, and Facility Services.
Most recently, in her role as Vice President for Aramark, Ms. Tagliaferro’s strategic leadership led to the successful implementation of a cost effective business segmentation model and launch of a new brand for the Business and Industry Group, placing Aramark squarely in the center of a $50m untapped market segment.
As a Sales and Retention Executive, her leadership resulted in a 100% retention rate of several Fortune 500 accounts while developing ongoing long term relationships within diverse client organizations along the entire East Coast and Puerto Rico.
Ms. Tagliaferro’s operational expertise within the industry extends to the use of cutting edge technology solutions including Micro Markets, Self Check-Out Kiosks, and Web/Smart phone applications. She designs initial structure, standards, implementation, and execution models creating the correct footprint for all industry sectors. She developed a vertical and horizontal matrix for clients segmenting demographics, financial goals, and geographic location ensuring the proper solution for each client location. This resulted in significant labor savings throughout Aramark’s national account portfolio.
With an interest in employee retention, Ms. Tagliaferro has served on Executive Diversity, Safety and Social Media committees and is dedicated to the growth of employees within her organizations. Her proven leadership and client relationship abilities foster an atmosphere of success.
Ms. Tagliaferro earned her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Averett University in Richmond, Virginia and is an active participant in the Women’s Food Service Forum and the Society of Food Service Management.
